Processing Time

We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly. Rest assured, we will keep you updated every step of the way!

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We offer a standard shipping fee of Rs 300 on all orders, regardless of size. No matter how big or small your order is, you'll enjoy the same affordable rate. For nationwide deliveries, we work with reliable courier services such as Swyft, Call Courier, Trax, Blue Ex, and TCS to ensure timely and safe delivery of your Nine Beauty products.

● Delivery Time: Orders outside Lahore typically take 2-4 business days to arrive.

International Shipping

We are excited to serve our global community! For international deliveries, we partner with DHL for secure and fast shipping. To get an accurate shipping quote based on your location, please reach out to us at sales@theninebeauty.com. We'll respond promptly with shipping costs and other details based on your destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@theninebeauty.com as soon as possible. We strive to process orders quickly, but if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nine Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking information. We’re always happy to assist with filing claims with the carrier if needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
